3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. NitzBlitz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees.
